Accept your offer

Congratulations on your offer to study at RMIT! Your next step is to accept your offer.

How to accept your offer

The steps to accept your offer may vary depending on your offer type. If you’ve received a conditional offer, your place is subject to meeting all the conditions outlined in your offer letter.

To receive a confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) and apply for a student visa, we recommend you accept your offer as soon as possible.

Select your offer type

Before you begin

You can contact your agent to guide you through the acceptance process and help you submit any required documents.

Step 1. Meet the conditions in your offer letter

If your offer is conditional, you will need to meet all the conditions listed in your offer letter before you can accept your offer. We can only issue a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) after you have fulfilled the conditions and paid your deposit.

Your agent can help you submit the documents via the application portal.

If you don't have any conditions in your offer letter, you can proceed to the next step.

Step 2. Accept your offer

Log in to the application portal and select the 'Respond to your offer' button to accept your offer.

Step 3. Pay your deposit

The next step is to pay the deposit amount specified in your offer letter. This may include tuition fees and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), as well as any ELICOS and enrolment fee, if applicable.

After accepting your offer, you'll be directed to the payment page where you can pay using Convera or a Mastercard or VISA credit/debit card.

Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)

If you’d like RMIT to organise your OSHC through Medibank, you can proceed to pay the amount included in your offer. If you are arranging your own cover, please submit valid proof of coverage via the application portal, so we can reissue your offer.

Convera payments are not available from: Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Russia, Syria, some regions in Ukraine/Russia: Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk, and Venezuela. If Convera is unavailable, please contact [email protected] for alternative options.
